7:30 AM. Check in at Wilson Airport, Nairobi's bush-aviation hub. Your small Cessna Caravan carries just 12–14 passengers — every seat is a window seat. As the aircraft lifts off, the Great Rift Valley unfolds below in a patchwork of farmland, volcanic craters, and shimmering soda lakes.

Within the hour, the Mara's golden plains appear beneath you. Your guide meets you on the tarmac with a 4x4, and the safari begins immediately — giraffe lope alongside the track, zebra scatter ahead. Check into your luxury tented camp, freshen up, and enjoy lunch overlooking the savannah.
